About Warrior Gratitude
Our retreats are designed to provide IDF soldiers a multitude of outdoor physical activities to unwind and recharge from the extreme demand of combat military service.
One week retreat hosted in Lake Tahoe includes airfare, lodging, accommodations, meals, all activities, excursions, and therapy. We offer structured programs by certified instructors in meditation, yoga, and breathing exercises. Therapy sessions focus on trauma healing via mindfulness-based stress management techniques.
